This is s beautiful area to own a timeshare. Of course the skiing is great but there are so many other things to do and see.

This resort operates as a timeshare, meaning that each room is owned by different individuals. James Hill, who owns a property in this resort, is highly unreliable and may cancel your reservation at the checkin time without any notice.

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lift conveniently located right next to the lodge. Cons: The customer service was disappointing. Guests in the room above ours were constantly moving around throughout the night—an unbelievable level of disturbance. Due to the outdated, thin flooring, the noise was excessively loud and persistent during our entire stay. Additionally, the peculiar design of the bed seemed to amplify the noise even further. Unfortunately, we were not offered the option to change rooms. Our room was also not clean. We found hair on the bed and couch that was clearly not ours (we both have short hair), and a used bath towel was left hanging on the door. While the location and amenities are nice given the price, the poor service and lack of cleanliness were disappointing.

Best location for Ski-In / Ski-Out at Palisades Tahoe. The service provided by staff was excellent

The fire place didn't work and when we went to ask for assistance there was no one at the front desk. Also they said the bed would be a queen when in fact it was a full.

The rooms have all nice amenities, and the clubhouse has 3 jacuzzi and a sauna! The views are amazing and the service has been great 👍!
